Gauge Board

The Gauge Board is a versatile and durable solution for measuring liquid levels in various industrial applications. It features a weatherproof scale board made of powder-coated aluminum or stainless steel, ensuring long-lasting performance even in harsh environments. The board is typically 150mm wide and can be mounted at ground level or on overhead tanks. The system works on the buoyancy principle, with a float inside the tank connected to a counterweight scale pointer via a rope and pulley assembly. As the liquid level rises, the float moves upward, causing the pointer to move down the graduated scale, providing a clear and accurate reading of the tank's contents.

 Gauge boards are supplied in 1 meter long with graduations on its front side.

Gauge boards are assembled at site and mounted with `Zero' graduation on board at the top. The bracket is fixed on the gauge board from its rear side with nuts and bolts, and all gauge boards are connected to each other.

The protection conduit and pulley assembly are used to ensure the smooth movement of the float wire rope and prevent it from brushing against the gauge board surface.

For guided construction, 3 no of wire ropes are supplied according to measuring range. The measuring wire rope is inserted through the pulley enclosure on the process connection side, unfolded carefully, and tied to the float bush inside the tank.

The pointer indicates the level of the liquid in the tank. It is connected to the float through a rope and moves smoothly along the gauge board, providing a clear readout of the tank level.
